• How can I be sure that the products are fresh?
We select our suppliers carefully and make the packages with our own hands. We do not ship products that are close to expiry date. In case it was a human error, we will be ready to refund the value of the purchased product. The minimum deadlines will be:
– 10/15 days for fresh products (Ready to Eat)
– 3 months for daily consumer products (snacks, biscuits)
– 1 year for preserves and canned goods (canned sauces, pasta, soft drinks)
• What is the minimum and maximum amount of an order?
There is no minimum nor maximum order, there is no box nor product that we cannot ship.
• How can I register on the site?
By accessing the top right section “My profile” on the home page.
Click, enter your email to register, you will receive an email with the password, we recommend that you also check in junk or spam if you have received the password.
Log in and you are registered.
• How do I know my order has been confirmed?
As soon as you have made the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details related to the order. The shipment will be ready within 2/3 workdays (excluding Saturday/Sunday and Italian holidays) and will be entrusted to the transport carrier. At that point, we will send you a subsequent email containing the tracking number, so you can check the status of the delivery at any time.
• What happens if one or more products are damaged or different from those ordered when the package arrives?
Do not worry!
We always try to do our best and package the individual products, but if this happens, we will find the best solution for you. Contact us on email@example.com or fill out the contact form.
• I can’t register/complete the purchase/payment what can I do?
Try updating your browser and, if that doesn’t work, try changing your browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox). Or, contact our customer service. We always reply within 24 hours.
• From the moment I make the reservation from the site, how soon is my order shipped?
Orders are processed the next workday from receipt and are completed within 2/3 workdays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed in stock on Monday.
Example: An order, placed on Monday, will be packaged the next day (Tuesday) entrusted to the courier by Thursday and shipped to your home in 48/72/96 hours depending on the shipping area.
• Where can I find my order?
You can only view your order if it has been placed by registering on the site. By accessing the section dedicated to your Account you can view your order data.
• How can I create my list?
Use the list https://italiafoodmarket.com/ and save the products that you want by clicking on the little heart. You can always review your shopping list by accessing your Account.
• What payment methods do you accept?
You can make 100% safe and secure purchases from all over Europe with credit cards, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Klarna, Giropay, Paypal, Sofort Banking, SEPA bank transfer and Bancontact.
• Do you want to request an invoice for individuals and companies?
For all orders placed, the customer will receive an email with the details of the order and the payment receipt, also present in the “My Account” section. If the customer or company with a VAT number requires an invoice, simply add the company VAT number and any contact details to the order. In this case, payment can be made by bank transfer.

• What are the delivery times in Europe?
Delivery times are 48/72 working hours in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Holland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey. Delivery times are 72/96 working hours in Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden and Hungary.
• Why don’t you deliver to the islands?
That is our goal, and we are working on it but at the moment we are unable to guarantee deliveries to the smaller islands due to too high shipping costs.
• What are the return policies?
Did you receive a different product than the one your ordered? Was your box damaged? Take a picture and contact us via the contact form an we will try to offer you the best solution. We respond within 24 hours.
• What are the shipping costs, are there weight limits?
The shipping cost is calculating according to the weight.
There aren’t weight limit.
